i don't want to be just "the other sister"...
Vivian is the youngest of three talented mage sisters who all attended St. Catherines. While in school, the older sisters, Beldam and Marilyn, were highly regarded for their control over the elements (namely ice and electricity.). Vivian has grown up in their shadow and was often overlooked because of her age. When the time came for her to enroll, Beldam, the eldest sister, seemed more than happy to have the clumsy girl out of her hair. This by no means should imply that she was supportive of the girl; she belittles Vivian both verbally and physically on a regular basis, beating the idea that she will never be as good of a mage as they were into her head. As a result Vivian has a bit of a inferiority complex, and is rather quiet, reserved, and a little jittery. She's a very kindhearted girl,however, and is eager to learn, meet new friends, and make a name for herself.
